Your first answer was almost right on. only one printer was set up for this
register, but the 2nd printer was set to journal receipts. This may no
longer be an issue in the updates. There was one strange thing that
happened. After closing the POS and re-opening it, I was no longer able to
see new receipts being journaled by pressing F4 (journal viewer) and
selecting lookup, unless I selected the last receipt in the viewer and used
page down to go to the next one. I was able to confirm that only one receipt
was being journaled at that point. Also, if I selected the number column in
the journal lookup window and typed in a really high number it would all of
the sudden list all the journaled receipts including my most recent. I hope
that this is just an anomaly and that when close out the day, restart the
machine, or update next that this will no longer be this way. I just thought
you might want to hear about it.
