I would like to give a special promotion discount to a customer via a
catalog or email. The customer gets the catalog and it says 50% off coupon.
The customer can only use the promotional discount one time on specific items
. The specific items will be defined by category. If the customer call in
again to use the same promo code it should not be available to them.
