David - this is normal for the RMS application, even though you are running
the application on a machine hosting the database. It's a property of the
application's business rules, not SQL - put a network switch between your
router and the PC to avoid this issue (also a good idea to have both switch
and router connected to a UPS battery backup) - hope this helps....
