We are upgrading QS2000 to RMS today and had trouble finding the right
printer driver. After a series of trial and errors selecting possible
drivers, we are finally able to print but does not cut. Any suggestions or
fixes would be appreciated. Thanks,

Don't have that model, but make sure that you look in the printer properties
on the Print Options tab. That's were you setup the drawer opening and
paper cut.

To get the current drivers;
