He writes PO's from the system and therefor needs to enter the supplier reorder #. Problem - the number changes depending on the colour. Is there any way to easily and quickly enter the reorder # for each colour of the matrix? I have been able to go into item properties for the matrix and enter & filter a number using copy - paste to all rows into the info field but the supplier reorder # field is not available in the attributes list. I can't see that you would have to manually go into each line of a matrix and enter it into the properties???? Any help please?
