Hello --

Update Company File for New Version proceeds OK.

Clicking OK in the dialog box
Update Company

causes QB 2009 to crash without any error message.

Does anyone have information about what might be causing this?

Thanks for any help.

Could be any number of things....file corruption (run verify data/rebuild in
2005 before converting), differnce in QB database structures (night need to
upgrade to 2007 first).
