Hi, fellow QB users,

I'm using QBW Pro 2007. I got a note from the IRS, they never
received my 941 form the 2nd quarter of 2008. Is there of printing it
out again from QBW? I would need the year on the form to read 2008.

thanks

Print the form again using a date of June 30, 2008.

You'd think it would be that easy. The problem is, QBW is printing
the form and it says 2009, not 2008, even though I'm specifying it's
for the second quarter of 2008.

That's the problem.

thanks

Never used QB for payroll so can't try it out. You might have to
temporarily set your system clock back if it won't accept creating the
report generated over a custom time span as in the Tax Preparation
reports or it overwrites it during the printing w/ current date.

Again, a guess, but you might be able to export the report to pdf and
then edit it???

Or, not knowing the 941 requirements, does it actually have to be
submitted on a specifically formatted form? If not, export the data to
Excel and make your own substitute form.
