My experience with missing dlls always starts with the program telling the
user that a particular file is missing. If the file in question is some how
supplied then the program will begin complaining about another missing file
and then another and then another.

Very true. Clear sign of trouble. That is why I suggested the Repair
function. My thought was that the OP could not find his install disks
otherwise he would have tried that first.
