I have bi-monthly and 3 times per year contracts that I would like to automate the billing for. Anyone have a way around this? Thanks! Three times per year contracts: you can set up three invoices, and tell them each to occur once per year. you can do something similar with bi-monthly. or, you can remember to edit each of these transactions for the next invoice date, rather than relying on automatic QB feature. I'll be watching to see if anybody comes up with something more useful than this. It sure would be nice.
