We are using QB Enterprise 9.0.
We now want to integrate a relatively high end CRM solution to manage
leads, sales team and orders in an application that links / syncs
directly with QBE. We also want to be able to manage multiple
inventory locations which QBE cannot do.
I have checked a number of systems and have ranked them in the
following order in terms of suitability:
1. Oasis CRM www.oasiscrm.com (seems to achieve both CRM and Inventory
needs well and is a mature application)
2. Method - www.methodintegration.com (also has functions for both CRM
and most of the Warehouse order management aspects, however the
warehouse aspect is still quite new and as such certain things are not
yet available but are in development eg. integration to UPS / Fedex.
It also has shopping cart integration which is a bonus.
The above 2 seem to be the best match for us of what i have looked at.
They integrate with QB in real time. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM that i am
having is that there is very little user feedback online for either of
these solutions.
Other solutions that i have looked at are:
- Quickbase
- Results
- AdvancePro: Inventory & Order Management Software
- Fishbowl
- SMP
I have eliminated the above due to either not syncing in real time
with QB, or not covering both CRM and the additional inventory
management needs that we have.
If anybody has any experience in this area and specifically with
OasisCRM or Method, I would really appreciate your feedback or
comments. I will continue to post when i demo more of these systems.
Thank you
