Please log in for more thread options I think you should re-think your business model. As a customer, I do not
feel comfortable in supplying a credit card number, if you say you are going
to invoice me for payment. And I would not like you to just bill my credit
card if you feel payment is late -- what if I had already mailed a check?
If you get customers to agree to weekly or bi-weekly credit card billing
only, that is a different matter, and you probably should work on this
basis, or change to paying in advance so that you do not have problems with
people delaying payment. Or a combination of both, but not billing a
customer and then charging a credit card when you decide to take payment.
You may have a number of client disputes with the credit card company who
will withhold the questioned payment.
