If it doesn't tell you what component(s) are missing, specific help isn't
possible.
Any chance someone has removed something from the standard install of 98? If so
re-installing 98 and updating may get you the components you need. Otherwise it
is all on the QB CD.
Oh, unless you really have to get to a 02 file in 02, you might consider what
your hourly rate is vs. 08 and a new machine.
