When I email and invoice, an estimate or a purchase order, I'd like to
include the item number (i.e, the invoice number, estimate number, etc.) in
the subject line. Right now I type it in my hand. Can that come up
automatically?

Also, in the text of the email, it provides for one of several salutations.
Can I delete the salutation line entirely?
