Error C = 342

Hello all,

Can someone help me I have QuickBooks 2003 and for no reason I now will not
open all I get is this will close error C= 342.

I have done what QuickBooks have said to do but that does not work all they
want to do is sell me a new version.

Help Please.

I did a search of the QB knowledgebase (i.e. online help) and found this:
http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/pages/archive/1004738.html
that basically says your computer is infected with the W32.Blaster.Worm.

It is worth checking your machine with updated A/V and malware software to
be sure you are not infected.
