I have been using QuickBooks 2004-2007 successfully with the US postal
service application shipping assistant 2.2. Was actually am able until Jan
31 to use this program to simply import the customer data necessary to print
a priority mail label with delivery confirmation. Easy fast.
They have changed to a new format and now to import to their address book it
must be CSV file and set up just the way they want it with headers just so
etc.
I have yet to figure out a way to do this.
Anyone have a clue?
Anyone have an application I can use to do this simple job without entering
data twice

Not sure but there is a fully functioning demo that you could use to
test it out with.
