How to know a customer has credit when creating invoice Sardine 02-26-2009

Hi:

I use Quickbooks 2004 PRO and, although it is outdated, it does
everything I need here at a non-profit distribution center.

Is there a way, when I'm creating an invoice, to be alerted that a
customer has credit that could be applied?

It would be nice for the invoice to somehow point this out to me.

Even better would be for the invoice to show the credit in the
calculations on the invoice.

Thanks in advance,

C.

Create your invoice while in the Customer Center so that you can see the
customer's current balance.

Laura: Thank you for a simple solution to a simple problem. I was trying
to make it too hard I guess.

On the Invoice screen there's a button near the total area for
applying credits directly from the invoice screen.
