Hi all,

This is just in case someone needs this information in the future (I
needed it yesterday).

After a bit of testing, I'm 99.99% sure that the values of the
Timestamp field in IIF files exported from quickbooks is the number of
seconds elapsed since 12/31/1969 at 8:00pm.
