Create two shortcuts, one to each data file. Choose different icons for
each.

Go to the location of each file, right-click, create shortcut. Drag
shortcut to desktop, quicklaunch bar or wherever you want it.

Someone will give you the proper answer but an easy work around (XP)
would be to keep the corresponding QBW files in the My Documents Folder.
If you start their names with an exclamation mark they will be the first
files after the Folders.

This way you click on START move the mouse to My Documents, when the
fly-out start move the mouse to the company you want to open. Double
click on the File and Quickbooks will open with the company you
selected.
