 I have installed QB Pro 2007 on my Desktop but want to know if it is a
problem to uninstall and reinstall with another license number. I assume it
is necessary to reinstall the new software in order to change the License
number and I also have a large database - is this affected at all?

The software is the same, so there should be no need to uninstall and
reinstall.

In the QB help option, look for the tab 'Manage my license' and see if you
can effect the changes you want there.

Can't QB void my license number? I understand if they do that, then I have 5
or 7 days to re-register with a new license number.

You DO realize that the license number is unique to the copy of QB you
purchased? That the license is the number that is on the CD's, and that, if
you don't want to use the license that came with your software, you will
need a NEW copy of the software.
