New features aside, probably the most important issue
is the computer on which QB will be installed. If it is reasonably
new and fast -- lets say a 3GHz equivalent with at least 512 MB
RAM, running Win2k or XP -- then consider upgrading QB.
But if you've got an older machine, or especially if you're
running one of the Win9x variations, then hold off on QB
until you get a faster computer. If not, you'll hate the upgrade
because it will take you longer to do the same things. That's
a downgrade, not an upgrade.
