We're trying to solve a problem with a new installation of QB2006 on an
XP Home computer. When we start QB, an error message pops up saying that
Power User or Administrator rights are required. The user has Admin
rights. The error then says that if the user has the rights to go to the
web page http://www.quickbooksdirect.com/GroupPolicies. That page
redirects to this one:

http://www.quickbooks.com/support/faqs/qb2006/b21c8880.html?source=rd_error1

My question is, where is the "Run Support Action button" on this page? I
cannot find it.

I did the registry hacks but they did not solve the problem. We were
able to get QB to run in the compatibility mode.

Thanks.
