Looking for a timesheet solution

Hello, my company (a small IT consulting firm) is looking for a new
solution for creating and importing timesheets into quickbooks. Our
current system (timetag.net) is going away soon.

Our requirements are:
* being able to synchronize/export the QB client list to this system
* being able to import/sync the time data into quickbooks
* MS Exchange integration so we can use our PDAs (PocketPC, Palm and
Blackberry) to wirelessly log our time.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated ... we have demoed
many different products and services and none so far have fit the
bill.

We have just recently finished a time and expense web service for
QuickBooks http://www.zedoffice.net it will meet your first two
requirements but the integration with MS Exchange is not there but we
are keen to look at any new functionality you think will make our
service better

We have a free demo and movies to watch.
