You are right on target with what I am looking for. As of late, most
operations/procedures QBooks has introduced have been nothing short of
terribly slow--the backup procedure is just one example...IMHO.
QBooks just flat out works and that's why I am here.

Well, it is sort of automatic and not always convenient. The backup
outside of QBooks runs during an off time and does not take a little
less than forever.
I still use the File...Backup when time permits and it is a good
feature.
I appreciate the time.
