I've been using QuickBooks for several years now and haven't found a
way to print the
Memo column on JE's.

Does anyone here know how to set that up, if it's possible?

Thanks,

Dee

What version of Quickbooks are you using? I have QB 2005-2007 and the memo
field is printed when I print the JEs. Unfortunately, the columns are all
squished together especially the memo column. You could also run a report on
the JE that includes the memo column.

You can also print in landscape mode and avoid the squishies.

I did that and it did not change the "squishies" from JE screen. Its better
to do it from the report menu, I guess so that you can control the column
layout.

I also tried to print the JE in the landscape mode and it didn't fix
the squished text. I'm sure there
must be an easy way to print your JE's with the Memo as that's the
important part...why you made
the entry in the first place.
