Is it possible to move a PO to and Estimate, or from an Estimate to a
PO? We use the estimate as an order acknowlegement after the PO has
been entered. We would like to short cut data entry by moving the PO
information to the estimate.

Is this possible?

Hi Mr. Mike!

In QuickBooks Premier and higher, you can create a Purchase Order from
an Estimate. However you cannot go backwards and create an Estimate
from a Purchase Order. This option is not available in Simple Start,
Basic or Pro.

I hope this helps!
