I have installed and copied info from QB2007 from my desktop to my laptop.
Next - I have a second company on my desktop that is using QB 2006. I copied
those files onto a flashdrive however when I use it to put the info on my
laptop, it does not put it in the C drive at all but only shows it on the
Flashdrive file...
Am certain this is easy to correct, but need some newbie help!
Thanks!

If you copied those files to the flash drive why don't you copy them from
the flash drive to the folder you what them to reside in instead of relying
on it to do it for you? By the way, what the hell is it?

I'm getting dizzy from your confusion. Are you in asking us to tell you how
to copy a file? if so then use the same method you used to copy the file to
your flash drive.
