I have a bookkeeper that does my books. We recently set up a PO Box for all
my bills to be sent to. We'd like to have her get the mail, enter the AP at
her office, then come here and update my QB2007 Pro with the AP that she's
entered.

Is this doable? Would the accountant's copy allow her to do that?

I quickly scanned the help file on accountant's copy and it looks doable. I
suggest you read it in depth yourself.

So would using remote access to your QB file at your location.

Ohhh, remote access, that would work, I guess.
Pardon my ignorance, but is that built into QB2007 or are you talking of
third-party access?
Lastly, would that require some kind of additional license fee?

Will read the help file for the accountant's copy.

Thanks

QB has WebEx but it costs money. There is a free version of LogMeIn that
might just do the trick. GoToMyPC is another option. If both computers are
running XP Pro then you could use Remote Access that comes with windows.
Both would also need high speed internet service.

After reading the Accountant's copy help, it looks like that will function
well, plus, not having to deal with connection issues will help too.
Thanks a bunch.
