I'm using QB Premier--Accountant Edition 2007. Trying to format the P&L to
display (and then print) the current month, the current month budget &
difference and same month last year and difference. I can get current month
and last year or current month and budget but can't find all on one report
short of exporting to excel and then cut and paste.

Any help appreciated.

You will need to cut and paste or use one of the add on reporting programs
from the Intuit Marketplace at

You will have to insert a general column for the current month's budget in
the financial statment designer. Since the designer can't access budget
information the amounts must be entered manually.
