If I previously entered a bill for $500.00 and I want to pay $375.00
of it now and the rest later, how can I do that? The Pay Bills dialog
does not contain a field to set the amount one is paying; it's all or
nothing. Is it possible to make a partial payment on an entered bill,
and, if so, how?

Related question: If I previously entered a bill for $500.00 and when
I pay it there has been added a finance charge, so that the total is,
e.g., $505.00, how do I pay the new total?
