You feed them a list of your check numbers and the dollar amounts on those checks. Everything else they reject automatically. That one move alone gets rid of 98% of all check fraud that doesn't come from inside the company. What features if any would the latest versions of Quickbooks have to support this? I would start with running a Check detail report and exporting it to excel. You may need to modify the report so that it only includes appropriate transaction types.
