Intuit will be offering an optional $149.00 add-on for the 2009 QuickBooks
Accountant's Edition called "Intuit Statement Writer". Is my assumption
correct that the "Intuit Financial Statement Designer", that has been
bundled with prior versions is gone for 2009?

Is there any information if the new add-on has a conversion utility for
custom financials designed in prior versions?

Are there many out there who used it? I avoided it as I found it cumbersome
and inaccurate and I felt it might be dumped just as customer manager was
here in Canada. It was a good idea. Seems to me it is not long for this
world in Canada too.
