WinXP/QB PRO 2006/Payroll/Brother HL-5040/Standard Sheet of 3 cheques/Older
type

Until we ordered cheques we wrote them by hand. When I tried to print the
payroll cheques for the first time all the information was located in the
centre of the cheque, the actual number missing. Looks like the left margin
got about 2 inches bigger than it should. Intuit technician was trying to be
helpful but after half an hour recommended to reinstall the printer driver,
even though I never had a problem printing in other applications on all
kinds of custom sheets and envelopes. Nevertheless I reinstalled the driver
but that did not resolve the problem.

When I used an HP DeskJet it printed the cheques correctly after some minor
Advance adjustments.

Searching older posts did not help me to find a solution.

What else should I try?

Thank you.
