Thank you to the poster who recommended Check Magic. I received it
yesterday (no internet download) and installed and set it up. It works
well.

The installation, setup and use documentation was good. The steps were
easy. The finished result is sweet.

I'm keeping my VersaCheck around just in case.

Sincerely,
Joanne

You are welcome. The bonus that I did not mention in my prior post is that
CheckMagic has no charge, toll free, state side support, and hey answer the
phone.

That's unique. I'll need to call because I'm having difficulty with payroll
check alignment. Also, I'd like to see an amount printed on the voucher
when only one invoice is being paid. It will print amounts when paying
multiple invoices. Also need to see if there is an option for not
truncating payee name. It should be the same length as permitted by QB. It
is possible I'll have to use Versa Check for some print jobs.

I was pleased to see that it alphabetizes the accounts even though the
numbers are assigned sequentially.

Sincerely,
Joanne
