I'd like to be able to print any size individual envelopes directly from
QB's 2007 without having to batch print labels or export data. I know I can
use window envelopes, and I do, but often I'd like to make the envelope
ready prior to the invoice being finalized. Can I do this?

I use the Pitney-Bowes Shipstream Manager to print my envelopes. It
works well for my fairly occasional, low volume mailing (less than 5
invoices or payments at a time).

I wish it would integrate with Quickbooks. I have to copy
addresses back and forth with cut and paste every time I add a
customer or vendor.

I believe the US Postal Service has a similar service, maybe it
works better?

For how full-featured QB's is, why don't they offer a simple function to
print an envelope with a particular vendor or customer's address on it?

Intuit's Contact Manager can't print an envelope either. Why would
one expect QB to? That last part was sarcasm. I'm still amazed at a
contact manager that can't print a envelope for a contact. But then
it can't do a date search either. :)

A single fact can spoil a good argument.
