Providing Technical Staff Access to Customer Contact Details only in QB Kevin Hourican 03-09-2009

It would be very useful to allow our technicians to access all of our
clients contact details ( phone numbers, email addresses, etc ) in
Quickbooks without letting them see anything else. This would save us
time, prevent duplication, and provide our technicians with a powerful
real time solution.

I played around a bit and created a user called Support, however, it
appears that I need to give this user access to what QB calls
"Sensitive Reporting Access" . This would not work for us as the
technicians would be able to run all sorts of Financial Reports.

Any ideas on how we could allow access to the Customer Contact Details
only.

Thank you,
Kevin.

Export the customer list to a Excel Template.
