You certainly are correct that you don't have that option. Your file menu is
different than mine. Even my title bar is different than yours. Mine says
{company name}- QuickBooks Pro 2004(multi-user)(Admin). I have never heard
of a "QuickBooks Pro: Professional Business 2004". Your IP indicates you are
not in the USA. Could that be why you have a different file menu?
Could they have buried the option under a different menu?
