QB 2007 Invoice Printing Problem

Posted by GTS on March 24, 2007, 11:34 am Please log in for more thread options When printing invoices from QB 2007 (in Vista) , it seems to try to collate, even when that item is unchecked. If the invoice is more than 1 page, this causes an error in my LJ2300 when trying to print multiple copies. i.e. only one copy prints along with a printer error message ...Unable to store job at printer....Printer not configured to collate... I'm not positive, but I think this did not happen initially, but when I tried collate once, and saw it won't work and unchecked the collate box, QB continues to try to send the job as collated.
