QB 2007 on my Vista machine disappeared....

Please log in for more thread options
Go into Windows explorer>>folder options and make sure it is set to show all
files and foldersn including hidden ones. Your file may be in a hidden
folder.

I am doing a complete reinstall as nothing seems to be there...cannot figure
out how this possibly happened as this was working perfectly for several
months on this laptop.

I also had QB2006 on it and that is gone as well!

No Gremlins, based on your posts you do not have any idea what you are
doing. Why would you have QB 2006 on a Vista machine? Only versions 2007
and after can run on Vista. Why do a reinstall, QB was oviously installed,
if it was not then you would not see the message "new or open old file".

Now I have done an install - but I have all my invoices, customers etc in my
desktop - can I simply copy to a zip file and do this???

Or - what is the next step??
