My main annoyance is that if a memorise a customer invoice when in
multi-user mode it takes over a minute to "process" it and QB can not be
used till it's finished.

If I edit an existing memorised invoice the processing is instant, so why
does it take so long to memorise a "new" invoice?

Everything else works very fast even though our data file (.qbw file) is
about 200MB in size, which is apparently quite large by QB standards.

Prior to the upgrade we have been using QB Pro v6 since about 2000.
