Thanks Laura and Allan
I found that restarting QB failed to bring back the PDF facilities and
went for a re-install which does. I already have the paid for version
of CutePdf which is excellent however although I used it as a get you by
yesterday for sending out sales receipts is nothing like as convenient
or quick as using the built in PDF facility in QB.
QB also allows you to use a user configured e-mail message. This is not
documented and from precious correspondence here is unknown about but is
very handy.
