Sorry, I have not seen the issue and I searched the Quicken Australia
knowledge browser. You might find it useful for future issues given that
the software is developed in Australia for release in NZ.
I would uninstall Pro Timer completely and try again. Resort your lists
in QuickBooks and do a rebuild before exporting the lists to the new Pro
Timer files.
Something seems to be corrupt with your installation, so generally the
rule is to try again.
