QB2008 Custom Price Level question jon.lewis 07-23-2008

I'm considering an u/g to 2008 Premier purely as QB say it's now
possible to set a custom price for individual items for individual
customers. As I have had misunderstandings about this functionality
with QB previously can anyone confirm that it's now possible to store
custom prices (not a % discount or price level).

e.g.
Customer abc
Item 123, Price =A3u.uu
Item 456, Price =A3w.ww

Customer def
Item 123, Price =A3x.xx
Item 456, Price =A3y.yy
etc

Many thanks

None of the US versions have contract pricing features.

This is easily done in the wholesale edition. Just create a "price
level" list for the customer. You can specify prices by individual
item exactly as your example. The downside is if you have a lot of
items it will take a while and you will have some maintenance when the
prices change.

Its a good thing the OP didn't specifically say they did not want a price
level method otherwise your answer would have been dumb.
