Can QBP2007 and QBP2009 be installed simultaneously on the same computer?
I am running XP-SP3. Can the company files interchange although this would
not be the case since they are currently different companies?

Yes. Just be sure to install 2007 first and then install 2009
in a different folder.

No. The 2007 files can be upgraded to 2009, but once that
is done 2007 will not be able to open them. (You can keep
one company file in 2007 and another in 2009 and use each
with the appropriate QB version).
