Hello

I'm in the process of upgrading a clients workstation (client is based in
the UK). Problem is that she has lost the install media for QuickBooks 2002
Pro. Whilst I can get all the licensing details from the old install, I'm
stuck without the install discs. Does anyone know if:

a) it is possible to download a trial version that can be unlocked with
the licence details, or
b) know where I might get a set of install discs?

The only place I can find the latter is on eBay, but I need to wait till the
1st of November for bid to finish (the seller is not keen to sell discs
now). I called Intuit this afternoon to enquire about purchasing replacement
install media, but was told that they could only offer to upgrade the client
to the latest version. That said, given that QuickBooks 2002 Pro does
everything the client requires, they would prefer not to spend vast
quantities on an upgrade.

Any constructive feedback will be welcome.

Cheers

Rob
