I have a client who run's Quickbooks 7.4 Australian version.
They tried backing up to a usb stick drive got partly though the backup and
it said the drive was full.
It wasn't as the drive was 2 GB and their company file is only 50 MB.
Now the same drive's full message is coming up backing up to the hard disc.
Also the restore function stopped working.
Everything else is ok though.
I'm going over to have a look tomorrow as I want to make a copy of the
company file before any verify and rebuild options are tried.
Any suggestions what the problem could be and a fix?
