The other option you want to consider is to use QuickBooks Web
Conector. We have integrated several Web stores with QuickBooks using
Web Connector. With the custom script, you will be able to map
shipping charges, taxes etc. automatically. We have helped clients
to add new clients, invoices and payment data into QuickBooks. All the
mappings and any additional logic will be defined in the Script.

We are also familiar with UK version of QuickBooks. One of our web
based product, www.InLattice.net is developed mainly for QuickBooks
users.
