Hi all, I have had no luck with an answer to this from Intuit online
community, maybe someone here will know.

I need to reactivate inactive accounts. Using QB 2006 Association and
Non-profit Version.

When I use the Show All Option and click on the X, nothing happens.
If I double-click I get a Quick Report.
If I go to Edit Account, the check box to make account active is
grayed out. Someone suggested it is because I am in multi-user
mode. I am in Single User mode.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Bevin B.
