I made a mistake on the last bank statement reconciliation - somehow I
didn't enter bank charges. I've gone into the bank register and
entered the amount, but the opening balance for the new bank rec is
still out (by the amount of the bank charges). Can I go back and re-do
the last bank rec?

Any ideas??

Peter

If you did not enter the bank charges when you did the last rec, then the
difference would not have been zero. Are you sure you completed the bank
rec? Open up the bank rec screen to see if the last bank rec is still there
and incomplete.

What version of QB are you using? The current versions offer you the option
to "Undo last reconcilition". That would be your one method to correct this.
QB won't let you finish the bank rec until that difference is zero.
