More information is needed. Are you, perhaps, using QB online? Or, did you
give/send the accountant an 'accountants copy' of your file, and it was
misplaced?
If the former, try going to the website http://oe.quickbooks.com/support.cfm
Click on the bubble to 'Get Answers Now'. There are options for immediate
online support, as well as a knowledge base containing common questions. You
might want to start with the knowledge base, and search on 'accountants
copy'.
If instead, you simply sent/supplied an accountants copy of the file, and
you wish to re-create, simply 'cancel' the accountants changes. This will
allow you to re-create a new accountants copy.
