I run the accounts for an Internet group and want to send key members a
balance sheet every quarter. Can anyone please suggest how I can do
this using QB Regular 2006

Many thanks for your assistance.

Cheers

I don't know what "Regular" can and can't do, but here are things to look
for:

File/Save as PDF
or
Export to Excel

Another option is to get "pdf Factory" and print to that printer which will
will create a pdf file.

If this explanation was too brief, let me know and I'll elaborate.

Dear Joanne

Thanks for your suggestion but sadly there does not seem to be the
facility to do this as a pdf however I have found that exporting it as
an Excel document does the job.

Look up Balance Sheet in the help files to learn where they can be found in
your version.

That's not the problem, how to send it is though. I find that the
export as an Excel doc works OK though I had hoped that there would have
been a pdf facility.
